Please fill out the form below to book your stay with us. Your bed is not reserved until you receive a confirmation text message or email from our team. See below the form for payment information.

Payment

We require a $300 non-refundable deposit (but up to 1 year transferable if for any reason you do not have your surgery) to secure your reservation and the non-refundable balance is due cash on arrival.

To make a deposit, we accept:

Please note: If you do not call to reschedule your appointment before your scheduled check-in or fail to show up on your check-in day, your deposit will be forfeited. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. only exceptions is if your procedure gets cancelled at your preop appointment.
